Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual colours, finishes, and dimensions may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances, screen display settings, and material availability.

4. Orders and Payments

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and are at least 18 years of age.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order after payment, a full refund will be issued.

Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed unless otherwise agreed in writing for B2B clients.

5. Delivery and Fulfilment

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, product availability, and logistics conditions. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to customs clearance, carrier delays, or force majeure events.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery. For service-based projects (interior design, construction, fit-out), delivery terms will be outlined in your individual project agreement.

6. Returns and Refunds

For furniture and product orders, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and undamaged. Custom-made or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@legacygroupdesign.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

7. Service Agreements

Interior design, construction, remodeling, and turnkey project services are governed by separate written agreements signed between Legacy Group Design and the client. These Terms of Use apply to use of this website only and do not supersede any project-specific contract terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, design concepts, videos, and graphics — is the property of Legacy Group Design or its licensed content providers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent. Design concepts, renders, and visualisations produced for clients remain the intellectual property of Legacy Group Design until full payment is received.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the website at any time without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legacy Group Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our products and services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
