Digital Marketing Specialist

Legacy Group is looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to grow our online presence across Cameroon and international markets. You will manage our social media channels, run targeted ad campaigns, create compelling content, and track performance to continuously improve our reach and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google
• Create and manage engaging content — posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos — that showcase our projects and services
• Manage paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads) with a focus on ROI and lead generation
• Optimise website content for SEO and manage our Google Business Profile
• Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
• Collaborate with the design team to produce visual assets aligned with the Legacy Group brand
• Identify trends, competitor strategies, and new growth opportunities in our markets

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and SEO best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French is a strong advantage)
• Eye for design and ability to brief or create on-brand visual content
• Self-motivated, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in real estate, interior design, or luxury goods is a plus
