Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a warm, professional, and highly organised Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for Legacy Group clients. You will handle inquiries, coordinate appointments, support the sales process, and ensure every client interaction reflects the quality and professionalism our brand is known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Schedule and coordinate consultations between clients and the design/sales team
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to maintain strong relationships
- Process furniture orders, track deliveries, and keep clients informed at every stage
- Resolve client concerns with professionalism and a solution-first mindset
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project status
- Support the showroom team during client visits when needed
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a front-facing role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — in person, on the phone, and in writing
- Fluency in English required; French is a strong advantage
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, email tools, and basic office software
- A professional, positive, and service-oriented attitude at all times
- Background in hospitality, retail, or luxury services is a plus
